Payment and Refunds

PersonalTrader offers free and paid subscription plans. Users can register for free to create an account and access a limited version of our Website. Users can optionally purchase a monthly or annual subscription plan if they want to access the full version of our website. Payments for paid plans can be made with PayPal, Binance, or cryptocurrency. You are solely responsible for properly canceling your paid subscription plan.
PersonalTrader offers a refund option for users who have purchased a paid subscription plan. Users are eligible for a full refund (excluding transaction fees) if they request it within 14 days after their first registration. Refund requests made after the 14-day period will not be honored.

Disclaimers of warranties

The Website and all of the services offered by PersonalTrader are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by PersonalTrader, including information provided by third-party providers. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and PersonalTrader regarding your use of the Website and its services, and supersedes any prior agreements between you and PersonalTrader.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

PersonalTrader's failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or of the right to enforce such provision.

This Agreement is not assignable, transferable, or sublicensable by you except with PersonalTrader's prior written consent.
